Your journey with Homage Hospice will start with a thoughtful consultation with our experienced team. We’ll discuss your needs, concerns, and thoughts, and based on your consultation and decisions, we’ll create a customized care plan.
There will also be paperwork to ensure the correct medication is administered, but don’t worry. We’ll be there every step of the way to ensure you experience a seamless and compassionate admission process.

A couple of weeks after we moved to Texas my mother’s health declined unexpectedly and getting her connected to medical providers proved to be challenging. After my grandfather had his second stroke he needed round the clock care and no one in the family was able to provide it. We all felt terrible that we had to get a stranger to come and take care of him when we couldn't. It was such a relief when we met his medical team. Everyone was so compassionate and professional.
