  • The consultation. Our process starts with a thorough and thoughtful consultation. During this consultation, our team of doctors, nursing staff, hospice aids, and spiritual counselors will take the time to understand your unique needs, goals, and concerns. We’ll also address your concerns and answer your questions to create a customized care plan tailored to your values.
  • The first couple of days. The first couple of days will be a flurry of people and deliveries. During the first few days, you’ll get to meet your nurses and hospice aids. Medication and equipment will be delivered pretty quickly to avoid disrupting your daily routine as much as possible.
  • Routine care. Once the first days have passed, patients and hospice workers can expect routine care, including basic medication administration, assistance with daily living activities, wound care, and emotional, social, and spiritual care.

A couple of weeks after we moved to Texas my mother’s health declined unexpectedly and getting her connected to medical providers proved to be challenging. Two hours after calling, Homage was at our door. All medical equipment arrived same day and the next morning my mother’s medication was delivered. I honestly couldn’t believe how seamlessly the process was from beginning to end. Everyone we interacted with was very professional and empathetic. homage hospice really set my mind at ease during a difficult time. placing my mom in someone elses care was never the plan but i feel entirely comfortable that shes in good hands. i can tell the nurses and all staff really value and respect their patients in our visits and interactions. my mother seems much happier now that she has access to such committed support, and they make sure im involved in her plans every step of the way! couldnt be more pleased with their thoughtful approach.

After my grandfather had his second stroke he needed round the clock care and no one in the family was able to provide it. We all felt terrible that we had to get a stranger to come and take care of him when we couldn't. It was such a relief when we met his medical team. Everyone was so compassionate and professional. We had a lot of particularities and they were not a problem. I am very grateful that Homage Hospice made Grandpa's last moments so comfortable.
