  • Physician Services. Our medical team is committed to managing patient care, addressing ongoing concerns, and working alongside our nurses to ensure that patient’s symptoms are managed and that they’re not in pain.
  • Nursing Services. At Homage Hospice, our nurses are experts in their field. They are dedicated to enhancing our patients’ quality of life, whether by administering medicine, adjusting pillows, providing massages, or just listening to their concerns and thoughts.
  • Chaplain Services. Patients’ emotional and spiritual well-being is just as important as their physical well-being, and our chaplain services provide spiritual comfort, grief support, emotional support, family restoration, and help with funeral planning. Chaplain services are available not only to our patients but also to their families. They help patients find peace and acceptance in their end-of-life journeys.
  • Social Services. Social workers are an important part of our care team. They can help patients and their families navigate the challenges of the end-of-life journey by providing emotional support, assisting with care planning, and connecting families with necessary resources.
  • Veteran Services. At Homage Hospice, we’re proud to partner with the We Honor Veterans program run by the United States Department of Veterans Affairs and the National Hospice & Palliative Care Organization. We understand the mental and physical toll that veterans experience, and our care team is experienced in providing physical and emotional support for chronic pain, traumatic brain injury, survivor guilt, and PTSD.

A couple of weeks after we moved to Texas my mother’s health declined unexpectedly and getting her connected to medical providers proved to be challenging. Two hours after calling, Homage was at our door. All medical equipment arrived same day and the next morning my mother’s medication was delivered. I honestly couldn’t believe how seamlessly the process was from beginning to end. Everyone we interacted with was very professional and empathetic. homage hospice really set my mind at ease during a difficult time. placing my mom in someone elses care was never the plan but i feel entirely comfortable that shes in good hands. i can tell the nurses and all staff really value and respect their patients in our visits and interactions. my mother seems much happier now that she has access to such committed support, and they make sure im involved in her plans every step of the way! couldnt be more pleased with their thoughtful approach.

After my grandfather had his second stroke he needed round the clock care and no one in the family was able to provide it. We all felt terrible that we had to get a stranger to come and take care of him when we couldn't. It was such a relief when we met his medical team. Everyone was so compassionate and professional. We had a lot of particularities and they were not a problem. I am very grateful that Homage Hospice made Grandpa's last moments so comfortable.
